Part of Edina School District’s Next Gen Facilities Plan, Bolander provided the civil services for the Edina High School 90,000 SF building addition and athletic fields. The project required a fast schedule with 70% of the work being completed in 4-months.
- SWPPP Management for 24-Acre Site
- Moved and Hauled over 200,000 CY of Soil
- Drilled over 250 Helical Pile to Underpin Existing Building
- Installed 800 Soil Nails and Galvanized Tieback Anchors
- Provided 10,000 -SF Shotcrete Earth Retention System
- Installed the Largest CMP Storm System in the United States
- Oversaw and Coordinated the Installation Over 5-Miles of Utilities
- Built 1,000-FT of 70 and 45 Degree RSS Wall
- Provided Earthwork and Coordinated the Installation of Over 2-Acres of Athletic Field
