Bolander was a proud contributor to the restoration of this iconic Minnesota structure built in 1905. Highlights of Bolander work include the following:
- Design and construction of extensive underpinning for unreinforced stone foundation
- Excavation & Export of over 6,000 Cubic Yards of soil from within the basement of the Capitol; all work by hand or via electric equipment
- Placed over 400 Cubic Yards of concrete for foundation underpinning
- Import and Place 2,800 Tons of Class V gravel within the Capitol basement
- Installation of 3 storm infiltration or retention systems on Capitol grounds
- Over 1,000 LF of Storm Sewer Pipe
- 9,000 Cubic Yards of excavation for roadway improvements
