What is Employee Assistance (EAP)? Employee Assistance helps provide guidance and referral services for employees and their families who are experiencing personal or work related problems.

Currently, Bolander has three employees who completed a BPM Wellness class “A Construction Supervisor’s Guide to Mental Safety” BPM Safety Steward: Advanced Mental Safety training to be a better support resource to all Bolander employees on Mental Health. The employees are:

  • Blake Pfaffendorf – Safety Director
  • Wayne Solland– Safety Coordinator
